We write individually to business professionals at companies where our work is relevant to their role. Addresses come from the company's own website, professional profiles and other public business sources. We do not buy bulk lists, and we do not write to personal consumer addresses.
We send a small number of individually addressed messages per day, and at most a short series of follow-ups. Any reply stops further follow-ups.
Opt-out requests are honoured immediately and permanently: the address goes on a suppression list that is checked before every send, across all of our sending domains. To report a message or ask us to remove your data, write to mark@markanastasiventures.com.
We follow the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the US CAN-SPAM Act as they apply to business email. See our privacy notice for how personal data is handled.
